Residential Support Worker – Silky Oaks

Applications with qualifications in youth work, social work, psychology or behavioural sciences areas (e.g. Certificate IV) would be highly regarded.  Skills relevant to this role are: good communication skills – both written and verbal; good computer skills/ knowledge of systems; able to assist in the practical day-to-day functioning within the house (incorporating cooking, shopping, cleaning, budgets etc); and supporting young people to develop their own support networks in the community.
